Recently, Wuhan Dreaming Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dreaming Technology") and Jieka Robotics formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation around the four major directions of event co-construction, equipment promotion, technology collaboration and ecological expansion, including but not limited to educational event equipment package support, embodied intelligent product development, industrial project integration, teacher training cooperation, teaching resource expansion, educational event planning, industrial college co-construction, and educational equipment export. The two parties will sign relevant cooperation agreements separately for specific projects. In terms of the integration of industry, academia and research, Dreaming Technology relies on the development model of "industry feeding back education" and has developed 600+ college training equipment through the transformation of 70+ patented technologies. It has established joint R&D centers with well-known universities such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Hubei University of Technology, and Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). In the many years of cooperation between Jieka Robot and Dreaming Technology, the two have formed a closed loop of "technology research and development-teaching transformation-talent output", improving professional construction, training room characteristics and college teaching level.

The training factory takes the Industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing system as the core, simulates the actual industrial application scenarios with industrial design, covers industrial production links such as intelligent processing, testing, assembly, logistics, and intelligent warehousing, supports the joint debugging of five-axis machining centers, laser engraving machines, and AGV logistics systems, integrates MES systems and digital twin technology to achieve virtual and real collaborative production, and realizes the full process automation production of products such as crystal trophies and industrial light sources.


The system is aimed at course teaching and training in majors such as intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, automation, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. Through real process scenarios (such as RFID material tracking and AGV scheduling), students are trained to master skills such as intelligent processing and industrial Internet, creating the characteristics of "seamless connection between production and education" and helping colleges and universities to cultivate compound intelligent manufacturing talents.


AI+Power Battery Assembly Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Teaching Platform ‌


The platform is mainly composed of core modules such as dual-arm collaborative robots, 3D visual inspection stations, and 5G gateways, equipped with six-axis collaborative robots (load 7kg), AI edge computing modules, force control sensor modules, etc. The highly flexible and high-precision structural design can support the construction of automated scenarios for intelligent detection, performance testing, product assembly (such as battery box assembly), and continuous production of laser marking in industries such as 3C, machinery, medical care, and food.


The teaching platform is oriented to majors such as intelligent manufacturing engineering, artificial intelligence, and industrial Internet, and can meet the needs of course experiments and practical training such as "machine vision system application", "artificial intelligence technology", "industrial Internet technology application", "digital twin", and "big data technology application". The segmented design allows each unit to work independently, which is convenient for classified teaching and research and development. Through the characteristic teaching of "software-defined production", the overall improvement of students' industrial robot programming and machine vision application capabilities is achieved, which is adapted to the talent needs of high-precision assembly positions such as the new energy industry.

The production line includes 2 intelligent vertical warehouse units (material outbound and finished product inbound), 4 visual inspection units, 4 six-axis robot workstations, and AGV logistics systems and other core components, which support flexible production line planning for multi-category mixed-line production such as simulated 3C and automotive parts. The flexible production line provides real cases such as fuse box/wheel assembly, covering the entire process from production line design to operation and maintenance.


The teaching system is applied to majors such as intelligent manufacturing engineering, robotics engineering, industrial Internet, digital twin technology, digital twin, digital operation and maintenance, and meets the needs of courses such as "digital twin", "MES/WMS", "big data technology application", "deep learning", and "artificial intelligence technology". The integration of MES/WMS system linkage teaching methods can strengthen students' skills in flexible production control and industrial data collection. The modular design of the production line also supports colleges and universities to quickly adapt to the needs of emerging industries, significantly shortening the gap in talent matching between schools and enterprises.
